Delivery costs
We only require a deposit of £40.00 to secure your booking.
Delivery (if applicable) is payable with the deposit.
The remaining amount is payable upon delivery of your spa. We will contact you after you have made your deposit to confirm the details of your booking.

What is the hire period?
A full week of uninterrupted relaxation! That’s right, seven days of consistent enjoyment!
Do you do shorter hire periods?
Of course! Fancy a quick dip? Ring us up or shoot over a message, and we’ll sort you out
What access do you need to get the hot tub in my garden?
Limited access? No problem! We have a Roto Spa model to fit your needs. That’s the pathway we need to set up your hot tub oasis.
What happens on the day of delivery?
The day before your hire week starts, we’ll buzz you to set up either a morning or afternoon delivery!
How long will it take to heat up?
Just 12 hours to warm paradise! Inflatable spas? They’re more of the ‘slow-cook’ variety, taking 1 to 2 days.
What power supply is required?
A standard 240V 13 amp ‘plug & play’. We’ll bring the juice (cable)! Just tell us where to plug in.
How do I fill the hot tub?
Got a hose? You’re all set! Just let the water flow.
How do I pay?
A cool £40 deposit to seal the deal, and the rest when we roll up with your hot tub on delivery day.
What do I have to do during the hire period?
Worry not! We’ve got a nifty instruction sheet that’s as easy as! It’ll guide you through everything you need to know.
How much does it cost to run the hot tub?
Between £3 and £5 for a warm embrace. Inflatables? They’re a bit thirstier, guzzling up to £20.

Does it come with a gazebo?
No gazebos here! Why? Because there’s nothing like soaking under twinkling stars, feeling raindrops, or watching snowflakes melt away.
Does it come with a step?
Need a leg up? We’ve got steps for a wee extra. But most folks find our tubs a breeze to hop in and out of.
What happens on collection day?
We’ll swing by at our pre-arranged time, wave goodbye to the hot tub, and whisk it away. Easy peasy!
What do I do if I have an issue during the hire period?
Got a hiccup? No worries! There’s a magic number on the instruction sheet. Dial it, and we’ll swoop in to save the day.
